Scott is the founder and President of Scott Sandage Properties and Construction, LLC. He has many years of experience in building and developing. He is also a licensed real estate broker and is heavily involved in every level of his business, from land acquisition to ensuring complete customer satisfaction after the sale. As chairman of the recruiting team in the NAHB 20 Group #36, Scott is in charge of recruiting highly qualified builders to the group from around the United States. Scott has been selected as judge for the Star Awards Program in Austin, Texas where the top Real Estate and Building Professionals of Texas compete. He has created a joint venture program with Options to encourage other businesses to get involved and donate to this worthy cause. Amanda graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2007 with a degree in Psychology. Amanda is our executive assistant, bookkeeper, and customer care manager. She is committed to help you in every area of the home buying process. Ross Downing Jr., Downtown Leasing Agent, Production Management
Ross is the newest member of the Scott Sandage team. Since joining us last September, Ross has expanded his responsibilities tremendously. He is in charge of the leasing, upkeep and client care for our downtown properties, as well as customer care from the beginning through the end of the home building process.
