The Pit at 445
Located on Hwy 445 at Hwy 40, north of Robert, LA is our 288 acre dirt pit.The Pit at 445 location gives our customers state highway access to Western St. Tammany via Hwy 1077 and Southern Tangi Parish access via Hwys 445, 442, and 443.
Our location also eliminates winding narrow parish roads and congestion at the entrance and fill site. Additionally, we have an irrigation system to eliminate heavy dust conditions during droughts and our on site office manager is there to make the ticketing process very fast and easy for high volume work.
The material from our pit has been approved by city, state, and parish governments for use on everything from interstate construction projects to city recreation projects.
Local builders and developers use our fill material for house pads, road beds, commercial projects, etc.
We also have quality topsoil that’s sold at a reasonable price per yard.
